Email us including a detailed picture(s) of your purchase(s) with a detailed description of your concern(s). 


  • In order to EXCHANGE or RETURN items: (1) Item(s) must NOT have been worn or washed. (2)Tags and labels MUST be attached.


  • We will be more than happy to EXCHANGE for a different size or with another item of equal value. 


  • If RETURNING an item(s). We will provide in-store credit to be used for future purchase(s). 


  • We won't be accepting returns or exchanges for any reason if purchase(s) have been made longer than 14 days, if it was a sale item, worn and damage by buyer, and if it has washed. 


  • We will review your purchase and concerns to determine if it qualifies for an exchange or return. If determined that your purchase(s) qualifies for an exchange or return we will provide a return shipping label via email for DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS purchase(s), as well as we will take care of the new shipping cost for the EXCHANGE or NEW PURCHASE using your in-store credit. 


  • For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS purchases will not include a return label.
